I'm a bit fed up at the moment because I can't have any tea. It's forbidden until after the test tomorrow. I know I can drink water, or juice, or anything else I like apart from coffee, chocolate or cola, but there's something about tea which is more thirst quenching than anything else, specially the way I drink it without milk or sugar.
Charles has cooked the venison, goose breast and black pudding stew, I have made the red cabbage and the lemon mousse and prepared the vegetables. The stew smells delicious but won't be ready for another hour.
I've tried fruit tea, but it's just not the same! I may be reduced to drinking Gin & Tonic.
I have to say I'm a little nervous about this test tomorrow. They said something in the telephone conversation about having to stress my heart and I'm not looking forward to that.
Gulp!
