blackberry444I'm in absolutely sodding AGONY today. It's been quite bad all this week except yesterday, but today is something else. I can't help thinking it may be something to do with my diet, or something I'm drinking, but have been unable to identify any changes.
I'm supposed to be going shopping with Charles later, as well.
